Born in the countryside of Bordeaux
the essence of wine flows through me
From vineyards to bottle shops I shaped my vision.
Moved to the French Riviera to refine my skills on the finest tables.
In 2013, a call to adventure took me to Sydney.
In over 20 years as a sommelier, I witnessed people light up when wine touched something deeper in them.
I have realised that wine is not just about taste.
It's about connection, feelings, memories, and the stories in between.

That's why I created Vinesthesia:
an immersive journey where wine becomes a language for the senses, an invitation to slow down, play, and rediscover the joy hidden in each glass.
